our general counsel at work offered to buy our movie tickets if we wanted to attend the new movie RBG about the Supreme Court Justice. I took him up on the offer and watched it at one of our new "boutique" movie houses (that also hosts live performances!) I will definitely be purchasing this movie for personal viewing - so inspirational!
went to an open house at Levi's Stadium, and sampled some great food and wine, spun the prize wheel and won a top prize (a football-leather'd portfolio from Wilson), had silly pictures taken, made a wreath crown, and even had a poet create a haiku poem on the spot, especially for Joyce, and typed on a manual typewriter. old school. she had me in tears as she was asking me for the background she needed to create it:

a joyous constellation
nourishing the earth.
for the 50th anniversary at work, Intel got to ring the NASDAQ bell from our headquarters courtyard, and I was there at 5:45 in the morning to bear witness to the occasion!
also got to go up to the roof to watch our drones do their record-breaking aerial show - twice! that was a pretty thrilling production, even though it only lasted about 15 minutes. Jerry and I watched it together one of the two nights, since he was up from SoCal during one of the scheduled drone shows.
