looking forward to new beginnings!

at work, as more of us are coming back on site, we gathered for a social paint and sip gathering.  here's what we created!

I have never been able to catch a theatre performance of a show I've wanted to see for some time.  a theatre friend of mine was director of a local production that had to close early due to the virus ravaging the cast.  luckily they had video'd it before that, and the remaining performances were made into web viewings, so I got to see a live production of "Allegiance" finally!  such a tremendous work; I cried, I laughed, and I sent my congratulations to my friends who were in the production.

Craig cooked one of my favorite dishes, lasagna, for Mothers Day.  while he offered to go to the extreme effort of making it from scratch, I really do love the Costco offering the best, and it made for a much simpler evening, which is always nice.

before Memorial Day, Janet played in our community band concert.  even though I'm not playing with them any more I still like to attend the concerts. I drove down that morning, and stayed overnight to work again from headquarters the following day.

we did our final walk-through with the builders of our house, and got the keys to the house the following day!!  we are home-owners once again!!!!!

at the end of the month, on the anniversary of our original ceremony, Craig and I married again, in a lovely park wearing Hawaiian attire, with an Elvis impersonator officiating, and a riverboat in the river behind us.  completely different from the first ceremony, but we're both happy to be doing it all over again!
