spring ... fever? continued with my costume/dresser work backstage for
freaky friday. there were enough parent volunteers that I only needed to be there half the performances, so I got to watch two performances, one of each cast. Steve the producer even surprised me before one performance, during the curtain speech, and thanked me (with flowers, wine and presents too) for all my years of service, and announcing my departure for AZ. I will SO miss my theatre family.
the pandemic finally hit hard in the bay area. at work we have been ordered to work from home until further notice. too bad - - I'm not really set up to work eight hours a day five days a week. I like having air conditioning and a cafeteria! oh well, this too shall pass. better safe than sorry.
