working out so we can play next month
on one of my weekly trips to the bay area for work, I decided to stay overnight and join friends at my fave karaoke spot which has recently reopened. it was wonderful seeing old friends and singing again! the following week I braved taking the train again, and this time there were absolutely no hitches, which was a lovely change from the two previous trips!
also participated in another cooking webcast, this time it was king salmon en papillote. it turned out great and we ate every morsel.
I caught a virtual performance of a really interesting one woman show called "Kate" at my favorite downtown SJ theatre. this was such an amazing tour de force, about the indominable Katherine Hepburn.
for our first Valentines in decades, Craig gave me roses and I cooked Coq au Vin from a Julia Child recipe.
